The Chicago Federation of Musicians College Scholarship Fund was started in 2011 in memory of Leland Baska. The CFM College Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance for children of CFM members as well as students of CFM members who are currently pursuing a degree in music. Your contributions to this fund help future musicians and music teachers as they study our artform. Please consider contributing to this fund to foster the next generation!
The AFM's TEMPO Fund is the political action committee for the AFM. TEMPO contributes to congressional candidates of any party who demonstrate concerns for issues of importance to professional musicians. TEMPO is supported entirely by contributions from AFM members. AFM general treasury money cannot be used for political contributions. To donate or to find out more, contact the Local at 312-782-0063 or click the CONTACT tab to send us an email.
Total: $1,824.00
The Musicians Relief Fund was established to help disabled musicians as well as musicians in need of temporary assistance. Requests for assistance are sent to the Local where the Executive Board reviews and acts on those requests. Funding for the Musicians Relief Fund (MRF) comes from many sources. Members of Local 10-208 donate, as do friends and families of members.
If a musician has touched your life and you would like to see them remembered, consider making a memorial donation to the MRF Fund. To find out more or to donate contact Leo Murphy 312-782-0063 or click the contact tab toward the top of the page to send an email.
